Combining Chardonnay and Grenache Noir, the wine evolved slowly and spontaneously with a long six week maceration, followed by years resting undisturbed in demi muids. It offers attractive aromas of plum skins, black tea, sun kissed Mediterranean herbs, all tied together by an oxidative edge.
