Council" across the top rim, and the year "1983" across the bottom. In the field is a stylized depiction of a bell, with the legend "100 years" inscribed on the base of the bell. Measuring 3. 5" in diameter, this cup plate was made by hand using a glass press and hand carved pressing mold, following the same process used for cup plate production in the 19th century. 1825
