Muto - Rose 750ml Size:Single "Classic Shiraz aromas highlighted by"Fragrant & Refreshing, with a red fruit profile of strawberry & hibiscus, zesty blood orange, thyme and a textural finish. Grown by Gerard & Lucy on the slopes of the Mt Camel range, near Colbinabbin in Heathcote. This is the same Shiraz that we use for our Syrah, only picked early for the acidity required to produce Ros. Hand picked fruit was stomped and pressed whole bunch to a 1000L permeable tank for wild fermentation where it matured on full
