Fusion Milk Paint Monterey Step 1: PrepA muted blue with a touch of grey. Combine 1 part water to 1 part powder and carefully stir for 1 2 minutes. Using any brush, apply Milk Paint to your surface. Each coat dries within 15 30 minutes and can be re coated straight away once dried. Apply a top coat to seal your Milk Paint and bring out the depth of colour! This will also protect your paint for a finish that lasts. Hemp oil and furniture wax work well. SHINY, GLOSS, or PREVIOUSLY PAINTED
