Crafted in Germany by Decor Spielzeug, it features a very expressive carved and hand painted wooden head and a colorful fabric body with wooden hands. The company was founded in 1957 and distinguished itself as the first "workshop for people with disabilities" in the area. Like this vintage hand puppet, much of its early production was inspired by Waldorf's educational toys
