Pape Moe - Mysterious Water print Unframed 60 x 30cm plusLimited edition of 120 Pape Moe means Mysterious Water in Tahitian The face of a Tahitian Vahine is the bed rock for a waterfall. Painted on a Tahitian print, the floral motifs merge to become a head dress island scape. In the head dress I have painted a classic Gaugin image of an islander drinking from a natural spring, after his painting 'Pape Moe'. The spring cascades down the composition becoming the tears of the Vahine (woman) symbolising not
