A large queen conch shell with ST THOMAS (of the US Virgin Islands) engraved into the back
Both sides of this bead feature the same map of the state with the classic Lonestar marker and TEXAS written on the edges
The sides have "Italia" and "Clarksburg WV" inscribed into them
