2021 Third Estate Shiraz sesami-service The sand gives a fruitSourced from a single block perched on the highest section of a collection of vineyards at Moppa in the northwestern corner of the Barossa Valley. The vines are planted in shallow top soils that lie over a bed of ancient ironstone. The exposed site submits the vines to the elements, reducing yields, bunch and berry size to produce fruit of intense flavour, dark colour and solid structure.
