2025 Chardonnay Unwooded Bon Courage 12er Paket --Eric Guido12 pack delivered free of charge The grapes are left to soak on the skins for 6 to 7 hours. After fermentation, the wine matures "sur lie" (on the lees) and is then filtered and bottled. The Chardonnay shines with its enchanting aromas of lemon, citrus and a light hint of vanilla. The result is a very mild and harmonious wine, ripe and full in taste. Very suitable for various types of fish, pt, turkey, chicken and even Thai dishes. Also very delicious
