Bozal Castilla ist eine limitierte Version von Maguey Castilla (Agave Angustifolia). Das Aroma dieses Mezcal ist von Frucht und feuchter Erde. Am Gaumen zeigt sich eine leichte Se mit Aromen von gersteter Agave, Mokka und frischer Minze. Der Abgang ist glatt mit etwas Rauch.
