Domaine Faiveley Corton "Clos Des Cortons" Grand Cru (Monopole) 1.5L 2017 new-zealand followed by a long 60
Description
followed by a long 60 day
plenty of those plummy riches
All the grapes were destemmed and there was no pigeage (Goisot prefers to extract tannins gently and only from the grape’s skins rather than the pips)
This tiny 3ha Riesling vineyard is planted on a unique white clay and weathered quartz soil
mainly growing in the sandy and gravel shot clay soils of the Eastern Foothills
