Fowles Are you Game Chardonnay 2023 garnacha-blanca The elevated single vineyard onWinemaking This Chardonnay was harvested in late March 2023 using a selective harvester, in the cool of the night, so as to retain the delicate fruit flavours. A large portion of this vintage was wild fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fantastic varietal characteristics, 30% of the parcel was matured into older oak barrels to create a complex, yet fresh wine with plenty of stone fruit flavours.
