We were inspired to make this cross by the Nepenthes Kohala grex out of Leilani Nepenthes Nursery which was (kampotiana x maxima) x (veitchii x fusca)

The new leaves have since recovered but the old leaves may have some black spotting

The cross was done between a striped veitchii from the Kelabit Highland and an extremely squat, pink variety with candy striped peristome.
