Constructed of off white paper stock with black ink, the obverse bearing the letterhead of AH in the Berlin Fhrer Chancellery, with a large unused space for the addition of a handwritten inscription, measuring 21 cm (w) x 19. 5 cm (h), a perfectly preserved example in extremely fine condition.
