Constructed of black wool, the obverse bearing gold bullion wire piping alone both edges, with a hand embroidered gold bullion wire inscription of KREISVORSTAND (REGIONAL DIRECTOR), unmarked, measuring 27 mm (w) x 380 mm (l), with some material fatigue evident, in over better than very fine condition.
