Chateau Simone's whites are blends of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and a number of other indigenous varieties in small amounts. Waxy, richly textured and flavored with lemony, orange, musky fruit paired to aromatic herbs and flowers, Chateau Simone's whites also have tremendous energy for all their structural density. Worthy of aging for a decade or more if you can stay away from
