This elegant high low dress has a curved tulip hem slit in the front of the dress, accented by soft silk ribbons that meet in a point at the bottom back of the dress. The ruched empire bodice has a ribbon halter that crosses at an interesting angle at the back, and is ornamented with two beautiful detachable camellia brooch's. The dainty brooch is composed of one black camellia and one white camellia resting
