Narkoojee Special Release Edna Rae Sparkling 2021 charteris concentrated flavor with a signatureThe fruit for this wine was hand picked from our estate plantings and was fermented by indigenous yeasts. It is named in honour of Edna Rae Friend, the mother of Narkoojees co founder, Harry Friend. Edna and her husband Athelstan, owned and operated the dairy farm that is now the site of the Narkoojee vineyard and winery. The wine comprises 25% pinot noir and 75% merlot and is full flavoured with a lush sweetness and gentle fizz. Tasting Notes Colour:
