Instituted March 30th, 1922. c. 1935 issue. A silver Greek Cross with green enameled arms and a wavy pattern at the ends of the arms, with four rays emanating from the center in the quadrants between the arms of the cross, the obverse with a central white enameled shield bearing a red enameled Greek Red Cross (depicting minor enamel restoration) topped by a Hungarian crown, the reverse plain and engraved Crux Rubra
