Constructed of red wool, both the top and bottom edges trimmed with golden yellow piping, bordered along each edge with a red rayon tresse decorated with gold celleon wire oak leaves, bearing a central white rayon disc trimmed with a golden yellow celleon border, in turn overlaid by a black multi piece mobile swastika similarly bordered by golden yellow celleon, unmarked and unstitched, measuring 13
