Constructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension, the obverse with a raised leftward facing profile of Kaiser Wilhelm II in Imperial regalia, the reverse with a raised depiction of the Battle of Spicheren memorial column, circumscribed by an inscription of 2. HANNOV. INFTR. REGMT. NR. 77 and dates 26. MRZ 1813 1913, unmarked, measuring 35 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
