The Civil War Union Regular and Volunteer Army and Navy Officer's Medal 1865 is a period medal but has been added to the group in the 1980's
supporting a 50 mm wide matching belt
as well as a magnetic metal clip on the right meeting a loop of identical construction on the left
with some age-appropriate wear of the silver evident

Bruised, pitted, contact marks, replacement ribbon, fine. Footnote: Alfred Sidney Blake was born on June 14, 1893 in Poole, Dorsetshire, England (also acknowledged as Lymington, Hampshire, England), the son of John Blake (of Newport, Isle of Wright, his mother's name not stated but acknowledged as being from Oxford, England).
