Marine-Brigade Wilhelmshaven Sleeve Insignia consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac "The Black Devils"/"90th Winnipeg Rifles"(rmelabzeichen der II. Marinebrigade Wilhemshaven). Constructed of silvered magnetic iron, the obverse consisting of an oval knotted rope wreath, surrounding a central Viking longship cutting through waves, situated above a banner bearing a raised inscription of WILHELMSHAVEN, in turn emanating from an oak leaf wreath, perforated at cardinal points with dual eyelets for sew on attachment, demonstrating minor loss of finish throughout, a cut out and
