Aromas of dark liqueur chocolates and that distinctive Barossan Shiraz black and pink peppercorn. A neat, dovetailed mix of winemaking bouquet (cinnamon, musk, sandalwood and cigar box) and vineyard aromatics (Shiraz's aniseed, fennel, tar, roses, plums and prunes). Melodious, complimentary, and perfectly wedded. A textural red wine with an underlying velvet fruit plushness. Theres restraint,
