The band, founded in 1982, spent nearly a decade changing around their lineup before getting Pepper Keenan into a role as guitarist in 1989 and then, after making his debut singing with the band on "Vote With The Bullet" on 1991's Blind, their lead singer. The 90s proved to be very successful for COC, as they released Deliverance, the band's first Billboard charting
