Constructed of ribbed black rayon, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver grey tresses, bearing a central machine embroidered silver grey inscription of NEDERLAND in Latin script, unmarked, measuring 32 mm (w) x 440 mm (l), in near mint condition.
