In the nose it is a clear New Western Style Gin, the lemon balm clearly in the foreground comes the well integrated lavender. On the palate you notice a combination of burning apple and lemon. The initial sweetness is rounded offby a juniper bitternote. The finish is long and again characterized by lavender.
