Insignia in bronze gilt with azure blue enamels and bearing the monogram of King Carol II, mounted to a frosted silver propeller and wings base, unmarked, measuring 66 mm (h) x 35. 5 mm (h), horizontal pinback, pitting evident in the azure blue enamels, scattered silvering wear on the propeller and the wings, very light contact, better than very fine.
