S Brussels' and was issue in 1990. The bag can be carried as a backpack with the shoulder straps or as a briefcase with the handle on the top. There is a holder for a water bottle on the side and the front flap closes with two plastic slide latches. Inside there are two main compartments and one center compartment that closes with a zipper.
