Hand harvested, with the gentlest possible processing of the juicy ripe, golden yellow fruit. For some vintages, the grapes are left together with the skins, then pressed and left to a wild ferment in both 1000 L oak barrels (fuder) and stainless steel tanks. These dry Rieslings are slender, focused, and precise with playful fruit, herbal spice and a mineral, almost saline, finish.
