In bronze gilt with red, deep yellow, light blue and navy blue enamels, inscribed "SOB. ORD. CAV. S. PAULO APOSTOLO" on the reverse, measuring 46. 3 mm (w) x 61. 8 inclusive of its winged globe suspension, intact enamels, rosette on its original ribbon, extremely fine.
