Shot by Bob Gruen as color slides on commission from Capitol Records. The original concept was to create a flip book effect of different eyes, noses, and mouths of Lennon. First printings of the album work this way. These original prints were uncovered in the Capitol Records art department at the famous Capitol Tower Hollywood when the record company offices were being
