Nosing throws up aromatics of red apple, baked pear and citrus followed by some light toast and yeast lees notes. Vibrant pear and apple fruits have a racy feel underscored by notions of lemon sherbet and lees characters. Finishes dry and very refreshing with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
