Constructed of a dark wood base, the obverse bearing a bronze plaque bearing a image of a Berlin river overlaid by a NSRL insignia and set within a commemorative inscription, unmarked, measuring 124 mm (w) x 78 mm (h), with a small crack to the wood, in very fine condition.
