An exceptionally well preserved example of this award, constructed of silver with a red and white enameled cross, the obverse medallion features a red enameled cross on a circular white enameled field, surrounded by a ring of red enamels inscribed with Patriae Ac Humanitati, a green enameled wreath sits on the cross surrounding the medallion, the reverse is plain, with a centrally mounted
