Constructed of gilded magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, surrounding a central steering wheel set against a pebbled background, affixed with both attachment prongs to a magnetic metal backplate with a field grey wool liner and intact white paper backer, unmarked, the badge measuring 41. 42 mm (w) x 44. 74 mm (h), in unissued and near mint condition.
