Constructed of white wool with a buckram core, trimmed fine twisted and rolled gold bullion wire piping, the obverse bearing three gold bullion wire gulls, situated within an oval oak leaf wreath of identical construction, unmarked, measuring 55 mm (w) x 60 mm (l), demonstrating minor soiling and material fatigue, in uniform removed and extremely fine condition.
