Cap Badge Circular belt buckle design bearing the Gaelic motto DILEAS GU BRTH (Faithful Forever), surmounted by a falcons head. Centre with the regimental number 48 over a scroll inscribed HIGHLANDERS. Diameter: approx. 54 mm. Dark patina throughout, with minor verdigris. Missing one lug on the back. 2.
