A rare and well preserved 3rd SS Panzer Division Totenkopf Medical Mann (Enlisted) personnel M44 field blouse, constructed of field grey wool. It features a turned down collar which transitions into double breast lapels, and is flanked on each side by tabs. Both constructed of black wool with buckram cores, the right side insignia tab bears a machine embroidered silver grey pirate style Totenkopf, while the left side rank
