Vintage Urban Waste "Police Brutality" Crewneck Sweatshirt Pop This original Slayer tie dyeUrban Waste was a hardcore band from New York City, one of the city's earliest. They released one 7" during their time together, the Police Brutality 7" on Mob Style Records. The band featured Andy Apathy from Reagan Youth and basically every other member was in fellow NYHC band Major Conflict. UW were contemporaries with bands like Agnostic Front, Antidote, and The Mob and were instrumental in laying the groundwork for NYHC, a rough and rugged sound
