Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a swastika, surrounding a leftward facing eagles head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a single visible rivet securing the eagle in position, with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 64. 48 mm (w) x 53. 16 mm (h),
