Convite Coyote Mezcal Joven cc_9fb5c6_0 Barrel 394This artisanal Joven Mezcal from Oaxaca is crafted using the rare, wild Coyote agave, which takes 12 years to reach maturity. Made using traditional methods cooking in an underground stone oven and milling with a horse drawn tahona this spirit is double distilled in copper pots. It offers a complex, slightly vegital profile with prominent notes of roasted agave, fresh herbs, and field flowers, culminating in a smoky, rich, and earthy experience.
