Constructed of bronze; the obverse with a central laurel wreath with a central upward pointing winged arrow and a static swastika on the bottom of the wreath, with nine oak leaves on either side of the wreath; with a slender horizontal pinback, a barrel hinge, and a round wire catch; measuring 75. 92 mm (w) x 25. 69 mm (h); weighing 15. 5 grams; in overall near mint condition.
