Constructed of dark blue wool, with rolled, flat, and twisted silver aluminum bullion wire in the shape of a single seagull with an oak wreath base, with raised wire accents representing the veins of the wreath, all four sides trimmed in twisted silver aluminum bullion piping, with a standard buckram core, measuring 41 mm (w) x 53 mm (h), in overall extremely fine condition.
