Germany, Luftwaffe. An Em/Nco’s Overseas Cap United Republic of Mother's Cross(Luftwaffe Fliegermtze). Constructed of blueish gray wool, with fold down side and back panels with gently sloping, downward scallops to the front. The front of the cap features a machine embroidered, second pattern Luftwaffe eagle patch in silvery grey cotton threads, mounted on matching blue grey woolen base, and a embroidered, national tri colour cockade in black, white, and red rayon threads.
