Constructed of red wool, trimmed with black rayon tresses, the exterior bearing a white cotton disk 87 mm in diameter, with a black rayon mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 195 mm (l) x 122 mm (h) as presented, minor material fatigue evident, otherwise in near extremely fine condition.
