Designed and hand made by Nelly of Puerto Vallarta for wealthy International Travelers in the late 1960's this kaftan has green and blue ribbon running across its top half. Zipper center back. Hook and eye closure. Modern US Size M Seam allowance can be let out 4 inches Hem can be lengthened 2 inches *All MRS Couture garments have been professionally cleaned
