A cross pattee with a pebbled finish, constructed of silvered and gilded bronze; the obverse consisting of a central silver applique with the roman numerals XXIV; the reverse plain, with a single rivet visible; on a loop for suspension from its period original tri fold ribbon; measuring 33. 93 mm (w) x 37. 43 mm (h); weighing 13. 9 grams; in overall better than very fine condition. This
