Parce 12 Year Old Straight Colombian Rum Louis Royer gunfighterAll you need is this Rum and a palm tree. Parce Rums are billed as being from Colombia. They have indeed fired up a small scale distillery in Bogota, but still need the production facilities in nearby Panama to do some of the heavy lifting. The Rums are, however, crafted, aged, blended, and bottled in Colombia. Its a newish operation with deep, old roots. The folks at Parce recruited third generation master blenders Arthur and Brojen Fernandez Domecq
