Germany. A Spanish Cross, Silver Grade With Swords Hold fire-damaged condition(Spanienkreuz in Silber mit Schwertern). A silver Maltese cross (marked 835), vaulted, with swords and Luftwaffe eagles affixed between the arms of the cross; the center with a mobile swastika; the reverse marked "835" (for silver content), with a vertical banjo style pin, and a functional hinge catch assembly; measuring 54. 0 mm (w) x 53. 5 mm (h); weighing 33. 1 grams; slightly worn, with nice dark patina, in very fine condition.
